Company Overview
We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to start a career in the HVAC industry. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians while learning the fundamentals of heating and cooling system maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Assist senior technicians with system cleanings and tune-ups
- Replace filters, belts, and other basic components
- Conduct basic system inspections and document findings
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Provide excellent customer service during service calls
- Participate in on-the-job training programs
Qualifications
- No experience required – we’ll train the right candidate!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work during peak seasons. On-call rotation participation as experience develops.
